Prior to joining The Agency, Rainy served as head of operations west at Compass and as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Northern California luxury brokerage, Alain Pinel Realtors. While the majority of Rainy’s full-time professional experience is concentrated in leading operations and branding for the luxury real estate industry, she also has extensive experience in providing international business and marketing consulting as well as event planning for numerous other industries and non-profits. She received her MBA from the University of Oxford, with an emphasis in international marketing and strategy.
