WAYS TO TRAIN

CARDIO

Add variety to your workout with a large selection of cardio equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, stair climbers and ellipticals. 

STRENGTH

Our weights areas are equipped with a full suite of free and pin-loaded weights, Olympic lifting platforms and traditional strength equipment. 

FUNCTIONAL

These areas are packed full of functional training equipment to mimic natural movement patterns. Dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls.

CYCLE STUDIO

Cycle is a fun and exciting bike-based aerobic workout ideal for all fitness levels that has taken our clubs by storm. We now have dedicated cycle studios in most of our clubs.

There’s nothing more motivating than training beside a group of like minded people.
